The Life Care Assisted Living Program is for seniors who value their independence, yet may already need help with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, medication administration and more. Our small facility allows for a personalized approach for our residents, with freedom to make choices that will deliver day-to-day satisfaction.
If you or your loved one requires such a level of assistance, we can provide you with a well-trained staff available 24 hours, focusing on your optimum wellness or of gaining eventual independence.
A well thought out care plan is established as soon as a resident joins our home. Our years of experience (established in 2011) in taking care of the elderly and those frail of health has given us the wisdom and expertise necessary to achieve the right quality of life while aging.
Our Assisted Living program is unique in that you get the option to allow or suspend intensive 24/7 skilled nursing care, based on a careful assessment of your care requirements.
What’s included in the Life Care Assisted Living Program?
Depending on your level of care requirement, Life Care Assisted Living Program may include part or all of the following services:
- 24-hour supervision and support
- Meal preparation
- Housekeeping and laundry services
- Social and recreational activities
- Health, wellness and exercise programs
- Palliative Care
- Dementia care
- Bathing assistance
- Dressing assistance
- Grooming assistance
- Toileting assistance
- Medication management and administration
- After-surgery wound care
- Urinary catheterization
- Facilitating interactions with family members and friends
Life Care may also provide special care services when required depending on the level of care:
- Oxygen therapy
- IV therapy or IV insertion
- PEG tube feeding - replacement/insertion
- NGT feeding
- Blenderized feeding
- Oral suctioning (mucus removal)
- Wound suturing
Life Care Independent and Assisted Living residences offer living spaces designed for comfort and quality of life. Most of our bedrooms have private toilets dedicated to one individual or a couple. Residents are free to personalize their rooms with their own furnishings, home accessories and family photos.
All our accommodations are designed for optimum comfort and convenience. Many of our homes have areas dedicated for exercise, games, crafts and social activities.

and we also offer the following special services:
Memory Care
Memory care services are designed to provide a special level of care for seniors with dementia, particularly Alzheimer’s disease.
At Life Care, we know that dealing with the challenges of caring for an elderly parent or family member who has Alzheimer’s disease can be very exhausting and nerve-wracking.
We understand the frustration and anxiety of not knowing what to do because the disease has taken away your loved one, yet they are still physically there.
We are here to offer respite from the stress and the roller-coaster emotional trauma. Our professional and kindhearted staff can care for your loved one in a home-like setting where they feel safe and loved, giving you the peace of mind that you have done what is best for them.
Our facilities are designed specifically for these residents with focus on improving quality of life, reducing confusion, and preventing wandering. We provide walkable areas for them so when restlessness sets in, they are able to spend the energy walking in a controlled and safe environment.
Hospice Care
Hospice care is chosen as an end-of-life care for individuals experiencing advanced, life-limiting terminal illness with focus on providing compassionate care, comfort and quality of life. Life Care is here for you during this time.
Respite Care
Life Care extends its services to family carers needing short-term relief from the challenges of caregiving in their homes, or those who simply need professional caring for a loved one left behind when they need to travel for vacation or business. We have allocated a couple of rooms for respite care until our permanent residents join us. Life Care welcomes your loved ones to stay in our home while you recharge to attend to your business, or both!
Adult Day Care
Life Care offers companionship and care services for older adults during the day (between 7 am to 7 pm); offering relief to family members and caregivers, allowing them to attend to personal errands or business matters.
Included in this service are:
- Breakfast, Lunch, mid-afternoon snacks and Dinner (depending on time booked)
- Feeding assistance (optional)
- Administration of medication (physician order needed)
- Social, recreational and exercise activities
Providing this alternative care enables an elderly person to experience the company of people in their age group, encourages socialization and develops a healthier self-esteem. At the same time, this assures that their health issues are supervised by professionals.
In-Home Care Services
Life Care extends its services to homes of frail elderly persons with special needs or simply attending to someone who just got home from a hospital. A Life Care staff may be the answer to your woes. All our staff attended formal schooling from recognized institutions with a Caregiver Certification (NCII National Certificate).
Most of our staff have experience in caring for the elderly from the comfort of our warm and family-oriented assisted living facility.
If you are not able to join us in our assisted living facility, we can extend our care services to your home.
Our services include the following:
- Meal Preparation (not cooking) and Feeding
- Bathing, Personal Care and Grooming
- Bedside Care (for bedridden individuals)
- Housekeeping in patient’s room only
- Medication Dispensing (with physician’s order)
- Companionship and Personalized Care Support
- Long Term or Short Term (Respite/Temporary)
Concierge Services
At Life Care, we strive to make your loved one’s stay as comfortable and as satisfying as possible. We provide the following services which our residents can avail on demand.
Life Care arranges the logistics and companions to make sure that resident needs are promptly attended to.
Some of these include the following:
- Errands (for purchasing or other activities)
- Chauffeur and transport services
- Doctor’s appointment (or other medical procedures)
- Companionship
- Assistance on administrative matters
- Companionship on vacations
- Companionship to family visits
- Special Resident Retiree’s Visa (SRRV) Processing

Independent Living Lifestyle
We believe that older adults have the right to make their own decisions and live in the comfort of a home where provisions are consistently and efficiently rendered by professionals trained to support them.
Life Care will utilize a personalized approach to assure that each resident can continue developing their independent living skills throughout their lives for as long as they are able.
This is necessary not only to give them the sense of freedom to decide for themselves but also the ability to live life to the fullest.
The skills that they may want to maintain include housekeeping, cooking, time management, shopping, laundry, and budgeting. Also other skills that may be related to social and recreational activities.
In an Independent Living home set-up, it is up to the individual to make the choice on how independent they would like to be. Each individual decides on the goals they can set for themselves, to keep the independence they desire; for as long as they are able. Best of all, they may elect to delegate the above tasks to dependable staff that are there for them. Their choice.
Independent Living Services offers a number of affordable personal care packages to give you as much—or as little—support as you need. All of our packages can be tailored-fit to suit your unique care needs.
What We Offer?
Our Independent Living Program offers all the benefits of being in a home-like atmosphere, but removes the worry of being alone. We also offer services of doing household chores, laundry and other products and services that an individual may need. We will tailor fit social, cultural, recreational and religious activities that our residents would like and enjoy. We are here to give you the quality of life you deserve.
Life Care Independent Living housing arrangement mainly provides the feeling of community and socialization in a family-like setting. This program will appeal to seniors who can care for themselves without outside assistance but who live alone and are struggling with isolation, lack of stimulation, and often a degree of concern for their well-being should they have an accident or fall suddenly ill with no one around.
