Alma Alonso

CEO and Administrator – Life Care Residences
Alma is the founder of Life Care Residences Philippines in 2011 as its Chief Executive Officer and Director. Established in Cebu, Alma brings with her 15 years of medical entrepreneurship experience, working with medical clinics, nursing homes and hospitals in Florida, USA. Her administrative skills focused on running the day to day operation of medical clinics, managing clerical and medical staff including doctors. Her work experience with nursing homes was focused on determining the facility’s staffing needs and matching qualified nurses with the right positions.
Alma is a passionate believer that as much as getting old is inevitable, it can be a meaningful and satisfying experience. She envisioned the Philippines as a perfect choice for establishing a continuing care retirement community considering the enormous population of Filipinos across the globe who desire to enjoy their retirement in the Philippines.
Together with her partners, Alma established Lifecare Living Solutions Inc. with the office headquarters in Rizal, Philippines. As a Managing Partner in charge of business development and public relations, Alma is determined to carry the Life Care Independent and Assisted Living brand in various areas of the country.
Salvador "Bud" Britanico Jr.

Bud is a senior executive with 20 years experience in various roles in the service, tourism, transportation, communication, technology and fast-moving consumer goods industries. He also co-founded I.T. companies specializing in data analytics and developing platforms for brick and mortar businesses to be more efficient.
Bud has been consulting for Life Care since 2015 and together with his partners has the vision for Life Care to be the most trusted independent and assisted living brand in the Philippines.
Myla Reyes, RN
Managing Partner & Chief Executive Officer

Myla is a registered nurse turned senior executive with 25 years of corporate experience in supporting and building back-office healthcare solutions in the Philippines. Her 17 years of leadership and industry advocacy with the Healthcare Information Management Association of the Philippines (HIMAP) helped propel the Philippines in becoming the country of choice in IT business process outsourcing. Myla rose from the ranks and held senior leadership roles in her past corporate work until 2017.
Myla joined Life Care as its Chief Operations Officer in 2018 after various consulting engagements in HR and organizational development. Her long involvement in the health information management sector and belief in the Filipino culture of caring led her to explore the business of ageing and health, particularly the assisted living industry. She believes that combining the promising global outlook of ageing and the Philippines’ world-class caring talents is a sure formula for competitively positioning the Philippines as a retirement and care destination of choice by foreigners and Filipinos abroad.
Together with her partners, Myla established Lifecare Living Solutions Inc. and fulfills the role of President and CEO, spearheading the Life Care brand’s strategy implementation, operations management and organizational development.
